You can exercise your right to information as well as correction, deletion or restriction or blocking of the processing of your data - insofar as this is permissible due to other existing legal obligations - towards us at any time.
Please contact our team if you have any further questions or comments. If we are unable to help you, you can also contact the data protection supervisory authority responsible for us at any time.

Privacy policy for our clients
Personal data is requested from you in order to process and implement your enquiries and your order with us and is processed in our systems for the provision of services, documentation and billing. We always treat your information confidentially.
We only request information from you that is necessary for our contractual relationship with you or due to legal requirements.  We delete your data as soon as the legally prescribed periods have expired or they are no longer required for other reasons. Our activities are regulated by the Tax Consultancy Act, among others. The legal basis for processing personal data results from §11 StBerG. Tax advisors and their assistants are also subject to the obligation of secrecy and confidentiality.
If we need to commission other service providers as part of our service provision for you - such as subcontractors - your data will be passed on to the extent necessary. If there are legal obligations to pass on your data, e.g. to authorities, we will comply with these obligations.
In addition, we have service providers who look after our computer and telephone systems and help us provide services, but are only allowed to process your data on our instructions. Personal data is not stored outside the EU.
The transmission of information via e-mail involves risks with regard to confidentiality. If you nevertheless contact us via e-mail, we understand that we should also contact you in this way and that you have given your consent for this.
We may contact you by e-mail to send you information about our concerns and our offers (§7 UWG). However, you can also object to this at any time.

Privacy policy for our website
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. However, if the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily.
Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. There will also be no linking with the access data mentioned below.
When contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details are processed for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise, in particular for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. via our contact form or when communicating by e-mail) could have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not always possible.

SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Integration of third-party services and content
We use third-party content within our online offer, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, fonts from Google - Fonts, graphics from other websites. This means that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") can perceive your IP address, because without the IP address they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus necessary for the display of this content. We endeavour to use only such content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. In this regard, you can usually find the data protection information on the respective provider's websites.

The online offer contains links to other websites (so-called external links). We have no influence on whether the operators of other websites comply with data protection regulations. You can recognise such so-called external links by the underlined text on the website.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited or certain functions may not be available.
